Website Design Examples: Three Repair Business Sites, and How They Rank

Three websites we've built and still run, for repair businesses in Sydney. We don't name them or link to them here, but everything below is real, checked on 30 October 2026.

Each one was built the same way we'd build yours: a page for every service and every area, written so a customer can find what they need, and tested for speed before launch.

A graphics card and computer repair business

Specialist repairs for customers across Australia by mail, plus a local workshop.

What it needed

Graphics card owners search by the card they have and the fault it shows. The business also needed to reach people in regional towns who post their card in, while still winning local computer repair work.

What we built

  • A hand-built site of about 110 pages, hosted on Netlify
  • 10 pages for specific graphics card models
  • 29 pages for regional towns that send cards in by mail
  • 17 pages for local suburbs, and 10 plain-English guides
  • An enquiry form on 53 pages that asks how people found the business and what they searched, so the owner can see which pages bring in work

Where it ranks now

  • Second in Google Australia for the main search for its specialist repair, which gets about 480 searches a month
  • Fifth for a second search with about 480 a month
  • On page one for 5 searches, and showing up for 65 in total

How fast it loads

The whole homepage weighs about 84 KB. The score is held back by a redirect and the time the server takes to reply.

A Mac repair business in Sydney

MacBook and iMac repairs for homes and businesses across north-west Sydney.

What it needed

Mac owners search by model and by suburb. The site needed a clear page for each common repair and each area served.

What we built

  • A WordPress site built with Elementor, with more than 70 pages
  • Model pages for iMacs and MacBook screen repairs
  • A page for liquid damage repairs
  • Suburb pages across the Hills District, north-west Sydney and Ryde

Where it ranks now

  • First in Google Australia for a "near me" MacBook Air repair search
  • On page one for 5 searches, and showing up for 86 in total

A PC and laptop repair business in Western Sydney

Computer and laptop repairs from a local workshop, competing suburb by suburb.

What it needed

Most of its work comes from people searching "computer repair" plus their suburb. The site needed to show up for those searches across several suburbs.

What we built

  • A WordPress site built with Elementor, with more than 40 pages
  • Suburb pages including Blacktown, Castle Hill, Parramatta, Box Hill and Rouse Hill
  • Pages for Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS and Toshiba laptops
  • Service pages for virus removal, data recovery and screen repairs

Where it ranks now

  • In the top 3 on Google Australia for 10 suburb searches
  • On page one for 18 searches, and showing up for 148 in total

Why don't you name these sites?

They're businesses we own and run ourselves, and we keep them separate. You're welcome to ask about them when we talk.

Where these numbers come from

Checked on 30 October 2026. Prices, rules and Google results change, so check the source if you're relying on one.

  • Google rankings. DataForSEO Labs, ranked keywords for each site on Google Australia. Page one means positions 1 to 10
